CG manufactures state – of – the – art INCREASED SAFETY MOTORS. These motors meet the stringent quality and performance norms laid down by both Indian and international statutory bodies. We supply these motors for use in hazardous areas that are normally encountered in chemical industries, petrochemical refineries and mines etc for Zone II areas.
Features
- Standard Motors are designed for foot mounting; other mountings are also available on request.
- Standard Levels of enclosure protection for motor and terminal box is IP55. With IP56,IP65 and IP66 available on request
- All Hazardous area type “e” and type “n” motors have terminal box on the RHS as standard. Top terminal box can be offered on request.
- Standard Paint shade is anti corrosive epoxy light grey 631 as per IS-5, others are also available on request
- Type “e “ and type “n” motors manufactured by CG are suitable for Temperature Class T3 as per IS 6381
- Providing positive locking features for terminating the cables to guard against loosening of the termination due to vibrations etc
