About Ashray Shah (Founder)
With the business heritage of over 50 years of K.K. Shah Family Business, the youngest member in K.K Shah family Mr Ashray Shah founded K.K. Shah & Associates in 2010 to follow the footsteps and principles of Late Shri Nareshchandra Shah who took the business to new heights.
Mr Ashray Shah, a graduate from Bhopal University in Bachelors in Engineering (Electronics and Telecommunication) and M.B.A ( Finance) from reputed Nirma University, Ahmedabad. After completing his MBA he rejected the placement offer of managerial position in ICICI Bank and decided to take forward the vision and brand of K.K. Shah to new heights which was the dream of his father Late Shri Nareshchandra Shah.
Besides work, Mr Ashray Shah is also passionate about sports. He secured second position in Badminton doubles in Intra college championship. He was key member of college basketball team. He stood first position in carom competition for three consecutive years in 2006, 2007 and 2008. He stood second position in chess competition in Intra college championship in 2007.
Mr Ashray Shah believes that by playing above sports give him strength physically as well as mentally which he applies in his own business to strategize and remain competitive in the market.
- Badminton gives him physical strength and ability to perform in odd and challenging situation.
- Basket ball helps him to understand the value of team work and team spirit. He strongly believes that it’s not an individual effort but the team work which helps an organization to reach new heights.
- Carrom and chess helps him to strategize the market tactics and also helps him to understand the present situation and to take appropriate future course of action.
Besides his passion towards entrepreneurship, he is also a music lover and loves to listen old songs especially of great legendary singer Mr Kishore Kumar.
